At Air Unlimited, we understand that a reshoot may sometimes be necessary to meet your expectations. Here’s how our reshoot policy works:

1. Acceptable Reasons for Reshoots

We offer complimentary reshoots under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: Errors with equipment or processing on our end.

  • Team Error: Missed shots or agreed-upon angles not delivered.

  • Weather Conditions: Severe weather impacting the quality of the photos.


2. When Additional Fees Apply

Reshoots requested for reasons outside our control may incur additional charges. These include:

  • Property Changes: Updates to staging, repairs, or landscaping after the initial shoot.

  • Client Preferences: Changes to style, angles, or shots not originally specified.

  • No-Show or Unprepared Property: If the property wasn’t ready for the original shoot (e.g., clutter, unclean spaces).

The cost of reshoots depends on the scope of work and will be communicated upfront.


3. Same-Day Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

Please note that once the scheduled shoot is confirmed, same-day cancellations or rescheduling will incur a fee of $45 plus tax.


4. How to Request a Reshoot

To request a reshoot:

  • Contact our team as soon as you receive your photos.

  • Specify the reason and any adjustments needed.

  • We’ll review your request and provide a resolution promptly.
