At Air Unlimited, we understand that life happens, and sometimes properties may not be ready for a scheduled photography session.

If the property is not ready upon the photographer's arrival, we kindly ask to reschedule the appointment. This allows us to maintain the quality of service you expect and ensures your property gets the attention it deserves.

Reminders for Property Preparation

To help ensure the property is ready, we provide a courtesy call and SMS reminder one day before the shoot. These reminders highlight key preparation steps, giving you enough time to make any necessary adjustments before the session.

Notify Us in Advance

If the property is not ready and you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us adjust our schedule accordingly and minimizes disruptions for other clients.

Rescheduling Fee

Please note that a rescheduling fee of $45 plus tax will apply to appointments that need to be rescheduled due to the property being unprepared. This fee covers the time and resources already allocated for your session and helps us manage our schedule effectively.

Tips for Avoiding Rescheduling

To ensure everything goes smoothly, here are a few tips:

  1. Stage the Property: Ensure furniture is arranged, clutter is removed, and the property looks its best.

  2. Lighting: Open curtains and turn on all lights to create a bright and inviting atmosphere.

  3. Exterior Preparation: Mow the lawn, clear driveways, and tidy outdoor spaces.

  4. Communicate Early: If you anticipate any issues, let us know as soon as possible.

We value your time and investment, and our team is committed to delivering stunning photos that highlight your property’s unique features. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
