We understand that unexpected delays can happen, and we strive to accommodate our clients as much as possible. Here’s how we handle late arrivals:

1. Grace Period Policy

We’ll wait up to 30 minutes past your scheduled appointment time without any extra charges.


2. After the Grace Period

If the delay exceeds 30 minutes:

  • Rescheduling Fee: The appointment will need to be rescheduled, and a fee of $45 plus tax will apply.

  • Shortened Session: In some cases, we may proceed with a shorter session if our schedule allows.

  • Rescheduling Requirement: If the photographer has another shoot scheduled immediately after, rescheduling may be necessary to avoid disrupting the day’s schedule.


3. Notify Us Early

If you anticipate being late, please inform us as soon as possible. This helps us plan and potentially avoid rescheduling.
