Can I Book Multiple Properties for the Same Day?

Scheduling in Advance: To ensure availability, we recommend booking your photoshoots as far in advance as possible, especially if you have multiple properties. This helps us coordinate our photographers and ensure that all your properties are captured at their best.

Multiple Locations: If the properties are located close to each other, it’s easier to schedule them back-to-back. However, if they’re in different areas, additional travel time will be factored into the schedule.

Customizable Timelines: We’ll work with you to create a shooting schedule that accommodates all properties. Depending on the size of each property, we’ll allocate enough time for each shoot while keeping everything on track.

Travel Time: For properties located far apart, we factor in travel time between shoots. This may slightly extend the overall day, but we’ll ensure everything runs smoothly.

Time per Property: The time required for each photoshoot will depend on the property size and services requested. Small homes may take 30-60 minutes, while larger properties might need more time.

Preparation for Each Property: Make sure each property is ready and staged for the photoshoot before the photographer arrives. If you're scheduling multiple properties, having everything prepared in advance will help keep the day running efficiently.

Drone Photography or Virtual Tours: If you’re adding extra services like drone shots or virtual tours, we may need a little extra time per property, but we’ll coordinate everything in advance.
